Part One

A low carb food plan is nothing new but it’s application for our customers, is new. For one year, a great number of obese men of all ages tried our new methods and the results were astounding. These subjects were only allowed to eat from a very small menu of average foods and were not allowed to use supplements. 50% of the subjects exercised. All the subjects were followed medically and some of them were diabetic or hypertensive.

The results are amazing! All the subjects lost a favorable amount of weight during a 12 week period. Some lost more than others depending on their activity levels and adherence to the diet. The worst of the results were 25 pounds of fat and the best was 50 pounds of fat. Therefore, compared to other popular dietary methods, this approach did as well as all the others in the market. We did learn that this method teaches a behavior management plan that people can live with, and succeed easily by following a few basic rules. We also learned that eating high quality food and taking a few choice supplements would only exponentiate the results….. faster, better, and easier.

There are a few supplements we will recommend to extend the ease of this program. There is a list toward the back of this booklet.  Also, we do recommend for many reasons, that you exercise or have some activity on a regular basis. 2-3 times a week for an hour would be sufficient. There are many benefits to exercise that are featured in a chapter later in this booklet.

Everyone should allow their physician knowledge of your participation in a weight reduction program. Note, that if you are on blood pressure meds or cholesterol medications for instance, you will require a med check regularly during this program. The reason is that you will not require all the medications as you become healthier! For instance, it was common that test subjects lost weight so quickly that their medical status changed 2-3 times over the course of 12 weeks. Reductions and eve eliminations of medication occurred! Doctors were shocked at the positive adjustments of these patients.

Any program that you participate in, will require commitment and consistency. If you cheat along the way, it won’t ruin your program. Just bring yourself back to focus and allow an extra day or two to return to normal. If you experience a frequent setback, then examine other reasons you are having a hard time; food allergies, food addiction, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, and other disorders can create confusion for you as it relates to your adherence to the diet.
